MyReunion by LionShare Labs
LionShare Labs ("we," "our," or "us") operates the MyReunion mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use MyReunion.
By downloading or using MyReunion, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
When you create an account via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, we receive:

Organizers may create reunions and enter event details including:
Users may upload photos to the reunion photo gallery. These images are stored in our database and are visible to all participants in the same reunion.
Direct messages between participants and broadcast announcements are stored in our database. Conversations with our AI assistant Naysa are also stored to provide context-aware responses.
We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details. Payment transaction records (amount, date, status) are stored in our database. Organizers connect their own Stripe accounts to receive payments via Stripe Connect.

Authentication is handled by Google and Apple's OAuth services. Their respective privacy policies govern how they handle your credentials. We only receive the account information they provide upon successful sign-in.
Payment processing is powered by Stripe, Inc. Stripe's Privacy Policy applies to all payment data. When you complete a payment, you interact directly with Stripe's secure checkout. Visit stripe.com/privacy for details.
In-app subscription management is powered by RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives your device identifier and subscription status to manage entitlements. Visit revenuecat.com/privacy for details.
The Naysa AI assistant is powered by OpenAI's API. Conversation messages may be sent to OpenAI's servers to generate responses. OpenAI's data use policy applies to content processed through their API. Visit openai.com/privacy for details. We do not use your conversations to train OpenAI models.
Push notifications are delivered via Expo's notification infrastructure. Device push tokens may be transmitted through Expo's servers.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business need (such as fraud prevention or financial record-keeping).
Reunion data (events, photos, messages) created by an organizer is retained until the organizer deletes the reunion or requests account deletion.

MyReunion is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database storage, and authentication through established OAuth providers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
MyReunion is operated in the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through in-app notification. Your continued use of MyReunion after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
