MyReunion by LionShare Labs
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LionShare Labs ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the MyReunion mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using MyReunion, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
MyReunion is a mobile platform that helps organizers plan family and class reunions and helps participants join, communicate, and pay for those events. Key features include:
You must sign in using a valid Google or Apple account. By doing so, you represent that the information associated with that account is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately at support@lionshare.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each person may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or obtain promotional benefits is prohibited.
Organizers create and manage reunions, set fee structures, collect payments, and invite participants. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of reunion information and for complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction regarding event fees and payment collection.
Participants join reunions using invite codes provided by organizers. Participants agree to pay any fees set by the organizer as a condition of participation, where applicable.
Payment for reunion dues is processed through Stripe. By initiating a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. LionShare Labs does not hold or process payment card data. All disputes regarding charge amounts should be directed first to the reunion organizer.
Organizers may subscribe to MyReunion Premium, which is billed through Apple's App Store on an annual or monthly basis. All subscription pricing is displayed before purchase.
Organizers who wish to collect payments must connect a Stripe account. By doing so, you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. LionShare Labs is not responsible for disputes between organizers and participants regarding payments.
You agree not to use MyReunion to:
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these provisions at our sole discretion.
You retain ownership of content you create or upload in the App (messages, photos, event details). By submitting content, you grant LionShare Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and transmit that content solely as necessary to operate the App.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you upload, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or violate any applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users or the platform.
MyReunion includes an AI-powered assistant named Naysa, powered by OpenAI's language model technology. By using Naysa, you acknowledge:
The MyReunion App, including its design, graphics, features, and underlying code, is owned by LionShare Labs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our express written permission.
"MyReunion" and the MyReunion logo are trademarks of LionShare Labs. All rights reserved.
Your use of MyReunion is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
LIONSHARE LABS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ORGANIZERS OR PARTICIPANTS, OR FOR THE ACCURACY OF ANY REUNION INFORMATION ENTERED BY USERS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIONSHARE LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LionShare Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to MyReunion at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Sections 7 (User Content), 9 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Disclaimers), 12 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Indemnification) shall survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be subject to informal negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, through in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
